1. Create your account once
- Tap Get started and sign up with your email and a password, or continue with Google.
- You only do this once on your phone. After that the app opens straight to your emergency screen.
2. Fill in your details (only you can see them)
- Your name and the phone line you use — this is the line shown to whoever you alert.
- Your country — this sets the correct emergency numbers for where you are.
- How to find you: street, house number, house colour, the nearest landmark (petrol station, parking lot, school), your area and city, plus anything else like the floor or a locked gate.
- These details are stored privately in your account and are attached to every alert automatically.
3. In an emergency: two taps
- On the home screen tap Police, Fire or Ambulance.
- Tap the sentence that matches what is happening, for example 'He has a gun' or 'A fire has broken out'.
- Tap the big CALL button — your phone dials the emergency line immediately.
- Tap 'Send my details as a text' to open a message that is already written with your situation, your address and a map link. Press send.
4. Kids and guardians
- Open Kids & Guardians. Choose the person you need — Mom, Dad, an aunt, a neighbour or any adult you added.
- Choose your message, for example 'Come for me, it is tense here' or 'They want to fight me'.
- Tap CALL to ring them, or send the urgent note so they get the words, the place and the time together.
5. Adding parents and guardians
- Go to Contacts and tap Add contact number.
- Type their name, phone number and relationship, then tap Add contact.
- You can add as many trusted adults as you want, and remove any of them at any time.
6. Your location
- Allow the location permission when your phone asks. This lets the app attach your live position and a map link.
- If location is switched off or unavailable, the written address you saved is used instead, so an alert always says where you are.
7. Every alert is time-stamped
- The moment you tap call or send, the app records the time, the situation and who you reached.
- If your phone is offline the record is kept on the device and uploaded as soon as you have signal, so nothing is lost if communication breaks.

8. Good habits
- Check your address details whenever you move house.
- Practise the two taps with a child so they know the screen before they ever need it.
- Calling is always fastest. The written details exist so you never have to explain where you are.
